Action:
To prepare fruit jelly, first add gelatin powder to ½ cup of warm water in a bowl and let it soak for 10 minutes. If using agar, dissolve it by boiling it in a little water.
Pour the juice of your favorite fruit in a pan and add sugar to it. Stir over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
After the sugar dissolves, add the lemon juice. This gives the jelly a light fresh taste and helps it set.
Now turn off the flame and add the gelatin soaked in the hot juice and stir well, so that it dissolves completely.
If there are any lumps or foam in the mixture, strain it through a fine sieve to make a smooth jelly.
Pour the mixture into an oiled or buttered mould. Allow the mold to cool and then place in the fridge to set for at least 3-4 hours.
When the jelly is fully set, carefully remove from the mold and cut into squares or rounds. from above
