Two smartphones Honor Magic 8 and Honor Magic 8 Pro have been launched in China. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which supports up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of inbuilt storage. Let’s know the features and other specifications of these smartphones.

Honor Magic 8 and Honor Magic 8 Pro Price

The 12GB + 512GB variant of this smartphone is priced at CNY 4,799 i.e. around Rs 59,100, the 16GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 4,999 i.e. around Rs 61,600 and the 16GB + 1TB variant is priced at CNY 5,499 i.e. around Rs 67,800. The 12GB + 256GB variant of the Honor Magic 8 Pro smartphone is priced at CNY 5,699 which is around Rs 70,200, the 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 5,999 which is around Rs 73,900, the 16GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 6,199 which is around Rs 76,400 and the 16GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 6,199 which is around Rs 76,400. 1TB The variant is priced at CNY 6,699 i.e. around Rs 83,000. The smartphone is available in Velvet Black, Snow White, Sunrise Gold Sand and Azure Glaze colors.

Honor Magic 8 Pro Specifications and Features

Honor Magic 8 Pro runs MagicOS 10 based on Android 16. It features a 6.71-inch 1.5K (1,256×2,808) LTPO OLED display, which comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and support for up to 6,000nits HDR peak brightness. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, which comes with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.

Talking about photography, the Magic 8 Pro sports a triple rear camera setup. Which includes a 50MP 1/1.3-inch primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 200MP 1/1.4-inch telephoto camera (f/2.6 aperture, 3.7x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom). It has AIMAGE Honor Nox Engine. The company claims that it offers CIPA 5.5 image stabilization. The phone has a 50MP front camera and a 3D depth sensor for selfies and video calling. Honor says the phone comes with IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings, making it dust and water resistant.

The phone has a triple rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP 1/1.56-inch main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 64MP Super Night God telephoto sensor, which offers 3x optical and 100x digital zoom support. The front of this device has a 50MP wide-angle camera. The Honor Magic 8 has the same connectivity and sensors as the Magic 8 Pro. It houses a 7,000mAh battery, which supports 90W wired and 80W wireless charging.
