1. 1 cup gram flour

3. 1 cup sugar

4. 1/2 cup water

5. 1 teaspoon ghee

1. To make Soan Papdi, first heat ghee in a pan and fry gram flour and flour in it.

2. After this, let this mixture cool down and keep it aside and prepare to make syrup on the other side.

3. For this, keep sugar and water in a vessel and cook it on gas. Then keep stirring the syrup well.

6. Pull it very carefully 20 times continuously and make a ring. Now add gram flour in it and pull it again to make a ring.

7. By doing this continuously, the syrup will form fibers and you continue this process until the syrup stops forming fibers.

8. Now put it in a mold or a small bowl and set it. Your Soan Papdi is ready.
