Double gift on Diwali to these “employees” in UP

Lucknow. This time the festival of Diwali in Uttar Pradesh has brought a special gift for the employees of the sugarcane department. After the announcement made by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Sugarcane Development Department not only deposited the bonus amount in the accounts of the employees, but also provided them a festive atmosphere before Diwali through financial upgradation (ACP) and permanent appointments.

Faces blossomed with bonus

The bonus amount declared for the financial year 2024-25 has been transferred directly to the bank accounts of the employees. Hundreds of employees of the department from state headquarters to regional offices have benefited from this decision. Receiving the bonus has brought smiles back on the faces of departmental employees and has also increased the brightness of the offices.

Benefit of ACP: Another big relief

Along with bonus, the department has provided benefits under the Financial Upgradation Scheme to more than 150 employees. This includes employees of gazetted, non-gazetted and cooperative sugarcane societies. This upgradation has not only increased the pay scale of these employees, but has also paved the way for their future promotion.

Gift of permanent job to seasonal workers

This time the sugarcane department did not disappoint even its seasonal workers. Seasonal employees who have been serving for years in economically empowered cooperative societies are being appointed as permanent clerks. This step will not only bring stability in their lives but will also give a new direction to the efficiency of the department. This process has been completed in most of the areas and instructions have been given to the concerned employees to join the new posts.
