A large number of guests come to the house on the occasion of Diwali. Sweets or typical dishes like tea biscuits, samosas etc. are always brought to welcome the guests. But there is severe heat all over the country including the state. During hot summer days, instead of tea, guests should be given any other cold food. This will also make the guests happy. Materials:

  • Black T
  • green tea
  • Fresh cream
  • sugar
  • salt
  • Icecubes
  • milk

Diwali 2025: On the occasion of the festival, there must be sweetness at home.

Action:

  • To make cheese tea first, take a cup of water in a pot and add tea powder to it and make black tea. Also heat water in another pot and add green tea powder and boil the tea.
  • After the brewed tea is completely cooled, strain the tea and add ice cubes. This will cool the tea.
  • In a large bowl, add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of milk, one teaspoon of sugar and salt to taste and beat well with a whisk. Beating with a whisk will mix all the ingredients together.
  • Mix the prepared black tea and green tea together and pour it in a glass. Then pour the prepared cheese mixture over it and serve the tea to the guests.
