Actor Yasir Hussain recently shared his thoughts on parenting and the responsibilities of a husband and father during an appearance on Zara Noor Abbas’s YouTube show. He spoke openly about what it truly means to be a man in today’s world.

Yasir emphasized that a real man is someone who carries the weight of his wife and children, both emotionally and physically. He revealed that he personally changes his son’s diapers and feels no shame in doing so. In fact, he goes beyond that and often helps change diapers for other children as well.

He also recalled a humorous anecdote about a close friend who used to visit him with his wife and daughter. Yasir described how, whenever his friend left, he would be seen carrying his daughter’s pink bag in one hand and his wife’s printed bag in the other. This always made Yasir laugh, and he would tease his friend about how life changes after marriage. His friend used to reply that he would explain everything once Yasir got married himself.

Reflecting on these experiences, Yasir said he realized that the true measure of a man is someone who supports and shares the responsibilities of his family, regardless of whether others find it cute, funny, or unusual. According to him, a responsible father is one who helps his wife and children without hesitation.

Yasir Hussain concluded by saying that whenever he sees fathers carrying their wife’s or child’s belongings, he admires the scene and considers it a beautiful display of true love and responsibility.

Through his candid discussion, Yasir highlights the evolving role of men in families today and encourages breaking stereotypes around masculinity and caregiving.
