Method (Kheel Chaat Recipe)

  1. First of all, put the kheel in a big vessel. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, green chillies and green coriander.
  2. Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt and common salt on top. Now add lemon juice and mix everything well.
  3. Finally add sev or bhujia on top – this increases both its taste and crunch. Serve immediately, otherwise the kheel will become soggy.
  4. You can also add boiled gram or peanuts to it – this makes it more tasty and nutritious. If you like spicy, you can increase the quantity of chilli, and if children are eating then keep it less.
