Method (Kheel Chaat Recipe)
- First of all, put the kheel in a big vessel. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, green chillies and green coriander.
- Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt and common salt on top. Now add lemon juice and mix everything well.
- Finally add sev or bhujia on top – this increases both its taste and crunch. Serve immediately, otherwise the kheel will become soggy.
- You can also add boiled gram or peanuts to it – this makes it more tasty and nutritious. If you like spicy, you can increase the quantity of chilli, and if children are eating then keep it less.
