With Diwali festivities over and stable weather conditions, schools in Karnataka have reopened today, October 23, after observing holidays earlier in the week for Naraka Chaturdashi and Balipadyami.
In Punjab and Haryana, most schools resumed classes on October 23, though a few institutions have declared an optional Bhai Dooj holiday depending on their internal calendars.
