There is a possibility that the crops which are in the harvesting stage will be affected by this rain. The Indian Meteorological Department had predicted the possibility of rain in Maharashtra on Diwali.
Meteorologist Punjabrao Dakh also predicted the possibility of rain in some districts of the state during Diwali.
