During Diwali days, food is always brought from outside to welcome the guests at home. After getting tired of eating Paneer Tikka, Mix Veg or the same food all the time, some want to try something new. After getting tired of eating sweet foods like snacks and sweets, some of us have a great desire to try some new foods. In that case, you can make sev bhaji in Gavran method. You can eat Chev Bhaji with chapati, bread or hot rice too. Often after going to a dhaba for dinner, shev bhaji and tandoor roti are ordered. The tangy flavor of Shave Veggie is loved by everyone from kids to adults. While making shava bhaji, red color shava should be used. Because this shave does not dissolve immediately. Materials:

  • red shave
  • Red chillies
  • Turmeric
  • Onion
  • tomato
  • Onion Garlic Spice
  • Suk Khobar
  • Garlic cloves
  • salt
  • Oil

Action:

  • To make Chev Bhaji first, roast finely grated coconut in a kadai. Then fry onion, garlic and ginger in the same pan. Keep all the roasted ingredients to cool.
  • Add all the roasted ingredients and coriander in a mixer bowl and grind it finely. You can add water while making the paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add prepared turmeric, onion garlic masala and red chillies and fry lightly. After that add allotment of masala in it and fry till the oil runs out.
  • After the oil leaves the masala, add water as required and bring the masala to a boil. Then add salt to taste and mix.
  • Finally add the prepared masala and bring it to a boil. Zhanni Chev Bhaji made in a simple way is ready.
