In addition to the BIS certification, both models were also spotted on the The UNIVIP. website, suggesting that the global rollout of the X300 series is imminent. Given that the previous Vivo X200 series arrived in India in Decemberthe new X300 lineup is expected to launch around the same time this year.

The year 2025 has been a major one for Vivo, with notable launches such as the X200FE, Vivo V50and Vivo V60 series. The company now plans to conclude the year with its most ambitious flagship yet — the X300 series.

The Vivo X300 Pro features a 200MP telephoto sensorwhile the Vivo X300 sports a 200MP primary cameracontinuing Vivo’s focus on imaging excellence. Both smartphones are expected to retain most of the specifications from their Chinese counterparts when they arrive in India.

In terms of display and battery, the X300 Pro is said to feature a 6.78-inch display with a 6510mAh batterywhile the X300 will have a 6.31-inch screen paired with a 6040mAh battery. Both models will also include the new Action Buttona feature popularized by Apple’s iPhone 15 series, adding an extra layer of customization and quick-access functionality.
