Comedy King Kapil Sharma is all set to bring laughter to Bollywood again with the motion poster of the 2015 hit film *Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2*. The film is a sequel to the film that launched him into stardom on the silver screen. The lively teaser, shared on Instagram on Thursday, further captures the excitement of the wedding ceremony, in which Kapil is seen as a nervous groom who is being hoisted on a flower doli by not two, but *four* brides, while his co-star Manjot Singh looks on in disbelief. It’s a visual punchline that promises to quadruple the chaos and confusion.
“Get ready for double the confusion and quadruple the fun! #KisKiskoPyaarKarun2, Hansi Ka Dangal releases only in theaters on 12th December 2025,” Kapil captioned the post, confirming its release during the festive season. Directed by Anukalp Goswami (*Hunter Tootega Nahi Todega*) the film sees Kapil reuniting with producers Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain and Abbas-Mustan under Venus Worldwide Entertainment and Abbas-Mustan Film Productions. The film features new faces as the quartet of brides: Hira Varina, Tridha Chaudhary, Parul Gulati and Ayesha Khan, as well as Manjot Singh in a significant comic role.
The sequel is based on the original film *Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon*, a 2015 film directed by Abbas-Mustan which grossed over Rs 80 crore worldwide on a modest budget. In this film, Kapil is involved in accidental marriages with Arbaaz Khan, Manjari Phadnis and Elli Avram. The film enthralled the audience with its humorous romance and gained a cult status for Kapil’s common man-like humor.
The project has been in the news ever since the Eid 2025 teaser, where Kapil was first seen as a bewildered sherwani-clad groom. The next poster of Ram Navami deepened this mystery, but today’s revelation has made this project even more energetic. With the shooting completed on the busy sets in Mumbai, insiders have started talking about cameos and incorporating Kapil’s signature stand-up style into the script.
With Bollywood craving for feel-good films post Diwali, *Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2* is hoping to make a big splash at the box-office. Will Kapil’s brides be able to beat the frenzy of the original film? Remember on December 12—your sense of humor is sure to be RSVP.
