A sessions court in Lahore on Thursday extended the interim pre-arrest bail of Aroob Jatoi, wife of YouTuber Saadur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, in a case to the promotion of gambling apps on social media.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Dr Sajida Chaudhry heard the case. Jatoi appeared before the court as her bail period ended. After reviewing the record, the judge granted her bail extension until November 6. The court also ordered police to submit a detailed progress report on the investigation.

The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency registered the case against Aroob, her husband, and several others. According to investigators, the suspects allegedly worked with an international group involved in promoting gambling platforms online. They reportedly received large payments in exchange for advertising these applications through social media accounts.

The agency stated that such activities misled followers and encouraged illegal gambling. The investigation is focusing on digital transactions and online content shared by the accused.

Meanwhile, YouTuber Saadur Rehman remains in jail on judicial remand. His post-arrest bail pleas were earlier rejected by both a judicial magistrate and a sessions court.

Earlier, in a major development in the ongoing case concerning the promotion of an online gambling application, a Lahore judicial magistrate has summoned Aroob Jatoi — the wife of popular YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai.

Ducky Bhai has been in the custody of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) since August 20, while Aroob Jatoi is currently out on pre-arrest bail. The court has directed her to appear in early November to proceed with case.

the judicial magistrate issued the summons during a hearing of the case, which has been adjourned until November 3, 2025. The NCCIA has also sent notices to other individuals allegedly involved in the case.
