Model and actress Nosheen Shah recently revealed that her entry into the entertainment industry was a result of being noticed for her beauty while she was still in college. She shared this during her appearance on a TV show, where she opened up about her early career and personal life.

Nosheen Shah, whose parents hail from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was born and raised in Karachi. Despite her father being a transporter, Nosheen Shah revealed that he allowed her and her siblings the freedom to pursue their own career paths. However, it was during her time in college, when she was in 11th grade, that her life took a turn toward acting.

She recounted that a production team looking for new faces for a drama came to her college. They noticed her and requested the principal to call her into the office, where they offered her a role in their upcoming drama. Without much thought, Nosheen Shah agreed to the offer. The team asked her to seek permission from her parents before proceeding, and assured her that she would be paid for her work.

However, instead of discussing the opportunity with her parents, Nosheen Shah went ahead with the offer the next day, borrowing clothes from a friend for her first appearance. She revealed that her role in the drama was brief, but it was enough to earn her a payment of 3,000 rupees for the small role.

When the drama aired, her mother found out, and Nosheen Shah faced her first major confrontation. Her mother scolded her, and her father, though not angry about her acting, was upset that she had lied and not discussed the matter with them beforehand. He advised her to always be honest, regardless of her career choices.

Nosheen Shah’s first role, which she did nearly 20 years ago, marked the beginning of a successful career. Since then, she has appeared in several notable dramas.
