Ragi Kheer Recipe

Material (Ragi Kheer Recipe)

  • Ragi flour – ¼ cup
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Jaggery or sugar – 3-4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Cashews, almonds, raisins – for decoration

Method (Ragi Kheer Recipe)

  1. First of all, heat ghee in a pan, add ragi flour to it and fry it on low flame for 3-4 minutes, until the aroma starts coming out.
  2. Now add milk slowly and keep stirring continuously so that lumps do not form.
  3. Cook on medium flame for 5–7 minutes until the mixture thickens. Now add jaggery or sugar to it and mix well.
  4. Add cardamom powder and cook for 1–2 more minutes. Turn off the gas and garnish with roasted cashew nuts and almonds.
