NEET PG 2025 Counseling Announcement



NEET PG 2025: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has released a crucial notice regarding the NEET PG 2025 counseling process. Students aiming for admission to medical institutions through their NEET PG scores and wishing to change their citizenship status to NRI (Non-Resident Indian) can now proceed with their applications. The MCC has instructed all interested candidates to send their NEET PG admit card, proof of NRI status, and other necessary documents to the specified email address (nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com) by 12 noon on October 28, 2025.


It is essential for candidates to ensure that their documentation, including passport, visa or residence permit, OCI/PIO card, NRI certificate, and academic mark sheets for 10th and 12th grades, along with their birth certificate, are accurate and complete. Any documents submitted after the MCC's deadline will not be accepted. Candidates can also access the notice and detailed guidelines by visiting the official MCC website, mcc.nic.in.


Required Documents for NRI Status Conversion in NEET PG Counseling


1. NEET PG Admit Card and Score Card


2. Proof of Guardian/Relative's NRI Status:


- Valid Passport


- Visa/Residence Permit/Work Permit


- OCI/PIO Card (if applicable)


- NRI Certificate from the Competent Authority (Embassy/Indian Consulate)


- Relationship Certificate issued by the Competent Revenue Authority through Family Tree.


- A notarized affidavit from an NRI relative confirming they will cover the candidate's full course fees and living expenses, along with a copy of their NRE bank account passbook.


3. 10th and 12th grade mark sheets and passing certificates.


4. Birth Certificate.


5. Candidate's or sponsor's passport (optional).


Important Note:


Candidates who submit their documents after 12 noon on October 28, 2025, will not be eligible for consideration by the MCC.


NEET PG Counseling Registration


Following a lengthy wait, the NEET PG counseling process commenced on October 17, 2025.


Candidates can register by clicking on the "New Registration 2025" link found in the "Candidate Activity" section on the MCC website.


During the registration process, candidates will need to provide their NEET PG roll number, password, and select the type of counseling they wish to pursue.
