IND vs OFF: The league matches of the Indian team in the Women’s World Cup 2025 are over. Team India’s last league match against Bangladesh remained inconclusive due to rain. In this match played at DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai, India won the toss and decided to bowl first. But due to rain, the overs kept getting reduced and the match could not be completed. Team India will now face Australia in the semi-finals. But before this knock out match, the team has suffered a big setback.
Australia, South Africa and England have made it to the semi-finals along with India in the Women’s World Cup 2025. The first semi-final will be played between England and South Africa. Whereas, in the second, the teams of India and Australia will be face to face. This match will be played on 30 October at DY Patil Sports Academy, Mumbai. This is going to be the toughest challenge till date for India in the domestic World Cup.
Team India has suffered a big setback before the semi-final match against Australia. Pratika Raval got injured while tackling against Bangladesh. After this he was taken out of the field. Raval has given a strong performance while opening for India in this World Cup. He scored a century in an important match against New Zealand. Now it remains to be seen whether Raval is fully fit before the semi-finals or not.
