Chhath Usha Arag time 2025: The four-day Chhath festival ends with Usha Arghya on the fourth day. After this, a strict waterless fast of 36 hours is broken, which is called Parana. The method of Parana of Chhath fast is done according to the rules. Today is the last i.e. fourth day of Chhath Puja. On this day, all the fasting people offer Arghya to the rising sun in the morning, for which they reach the ghat before sunrise. How to offer Usha Arghya in Chhath Puja? (How to give Usha Arghya)

• On the last day of Chhath Puja, wake up in the morning in Brahma Muhurta and take bath to offer Usha Arghya.
• Then reach the ghat with your stuff before sunrise.
• To offer Usha Arghya, mix sandalwood, vermilion, red flowers etc. in water.
• After this, stand in the water on the ghat and do not wear slippers during this time.
• As soon as the sun rays are visible, slowly offer water to the Sun God.
• While giving water, keep your hands slightly ahead of yourself, so that water does not fall on the feet.
• While offering Usha Arghya to the Sun God, chant the mantra Om Suryay Namah or Om Ghrini Suryay Namah.
• After this, revolve around Sun God three times.
• After offering Arghya, break the fast with the Prasad offered in the puja.
• Accept the Prasad like Thekua etc. offered to Chhathi Mata yourself and distribute it among the people.
