India’s largest consumer electronics brand Samsung today launched new Made in India Smart Windfree Cassette Air Conditioners. The new lineup combines the best connectivity, eco-friendly design and premium comfort, which will help shape the future of commercial and residential cooling solutions.

Designed to offer smart control, efficient performance and improved health, the new range features built-in Wi-Fi and Samsung’s unique WindFree Cooling technology, which provides continuous comfort without overcooling and provides greater convenience and comfort to users across India. The eco-friendly R32 refrigerant used further confirms Samsung’s commitment to sustainability.

Users can easily connect their Cassette ACs with the Samsung SmartThings app via built-in Wi-Fi, which requires no additional modules. Whether they are at home, in the office or out and about, they can monitor, manage and personalize their home environment right from their smartphone.

Using GPS tracking, it automatically cools the home to a preferred setting before you return home.
Syncs with your sleep cycle, saving up to 48 percent of energy.
It uses temperature and humidity sensors to maintain a constant indoor climate, saving nearly 19 percent energy in dry mode.
The range uses R32 refrigerant, which has significantly reduced Global Warming Potential (GWP) compared to contemporary refrigerants. For a clean indoor environment, an optional PM 1.0 filtration system is available, which captures ultra-fine dust particles and enhances air purity.
Unlike contemporary air conditioners that circulate cool air dynamically, Samsung’s WindFree Cooling uses thousands of micro-holes to gently circulate cool air. This creates a ‘still air’ environment with low fan speed and eliminates cold drafts, ensuring consistent, quiet and energy-efficient cooling. This range of ACs are suitable for offices, hospitality and wellness spaces.
Samsung’s new Smart Cassette AC is available at a starting price of Rs 65,000 (excluding GST) and will be available from October 2025 through Samsung’s authorized commercial AC channel partners across India.
