New Delhi, October 28 (Read): The popular action-adventure title Straywhere players take on the role of a cat exploring a futuristic robot-inhabited city, is reportedly set to join the PlayStation Plus Essential lineup in November 2025.
According to a report by Dealabsshared by reliable tipster Car-only, Stray will be available to PS Plus Essential subscribers starting November 4right after the current October titles are removed from the service.
While Stray is confirmed as one of the three upcoming PS Plus monthly games, the other two titles remain undisclosed. Sony is expected to announce the complete November PS Plus lineup on October 29.
Once available, PS Plus subscribers can add the game to their library and continue playing it as long as their subscription remains active.
Developed by BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive, Stray was first released in 2022 on PC, PS4, and PS5and became an instant fan favourite for its unique gameplay and visual storytelling. The game later arrived on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/Sand Nintendo Switchand is also available for Mac.
Notably, Stray was initially a day-one launch title on PS Plus Game Catalog in July 2022, available to PS Plus Extra and Deluxe members for one year before being removed in 2023.
The October PS Plus monthly games — Alan Wake 2, Cocoonand Goat Simulator 3 — are still available to claim across all tiers (Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/Premium) until November 4.
With Stray set to make a comeback on PS Plus, fans of the feline-led adventure will once again get a chance to experience one of the most acclaimed indie titles of recent years.
