Material:
- 1 small beetroot (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- One and a half cup water (for mixing)

How to prepare:
Soak Chia Seeds:
- Add chia seeds to half a cup of water and let them soak for at least 30 minutes. They will swell and form a gel-like texture.
