Materials:

  • green chilies
  • Mustard
  • Garlic
  • water
  • Red chillies
  • salt
  • Oil
  • bay leaf
  • money
  • White mustard
  • Turmeric
  • black pepper
  • Coriander

Action:

  • To make green chillies amathi, firstly, wash the green chillies, remove the seeds and chop the chillies vertically.
  • Heat a pan and add mustard, bay leaves, black pepper, garlic and red chillies and saute the khamang.
  • Add coriander and roasted masala in a mixer bowl and make a fine thick powder. Do not add water at all while dividing the masala.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green chillies and fry them. After roasting, add coriander powder, red chillies, turmeric and salt to taste and mix well.
  • After that, add the prepared masala to it, add water as required and boil the amati. Finally add finely chopped coriander on top and mix.
