SBI Upcoming Recruitment 2025: Millions of young people are preparing for government jobs in banks, eagerly awaiting each upcoming recruitment. If you are one of them, there's some good news for you. The State Bank of India (SBI) will recruit 3,500 new officers over the next five months.
The bank will soon release a notification for this recruitment on its official website, sbi.bank.in. SBI Deputy Managing Director (HR) and Chief Development Officer (CDO), Kishore Kumar Poludasu, personally shared information about this new recruitment.
He told PTI that the bank has already recruited 1,300 officers for IT and cybersecurity. Notifications have also been issued for 541 PO positions, and applications have been accepted. The PO selection process is conducted in three stages: prelims, mains, a psychometric test, and an interview. He also stated that SBI is preparing to recruit 3,000 Circle-Based Officers (CBOs). This recruitment will be completed this financial year.
Eligibility for SBI CBO Officers?
To qualify for the position of CBO Officer at SBI, candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Additionally, candidates must be at least 21 years of age and no older than 30 years of age. However, candidates from reserved categories will be exempted from the upper age limit. If you qualify for both educational qualifications and age, you will be eligible to apply. Therefore, start preparing for the exam now.
SBI CBO Exam Pattern: What is the paper like?
Candidates for the position of SBI Circle Based Officer will be selected through a series of stages: an online examination, screening and interview, and a local language proficiency test. The objective test will include questions from four subjects.
