This dual effect of pollution and screens is now causing eye problems in youth and children too. He warned that dryness of eyes is not trivial, ignoring it can prove dangerous. If left untreated, it can damage the cornea and cause problems like permanent eye fatigue.

Omega-3 rich foods like walnuts, fish and chia seeds are beneficial for the eyes.
