Samosas don’t have to be dull, according to this Punjab vendor’s viral video. India’s favorite snack has been elevated to a whole new level by a street food seller from Jalandhar, Punjab, and the internet is raving about it. When people learned that he prepares more than 200 different types of samosas, his little stand became a viral hotspot. This guy has turned imagination into crunch, creating anything from noodle and macaroni samosas to mushroom samosas and even bhindi samosas.

The seller is shown proudly displaying his enormous menu, which is full of the most outrageous samosa flavors you can think of, in a widely shared Instagram video. According to him, all of the fillings—no matter how unique—are prepared freshly, wrapped in the traditional crispy samosa dough, and then deep-fried until they are golden.

His inventiveness has pleased some web users, but others believe he has overreached himself. There is a wide range of emotions expressed in social media comment areas, from amusement to outright incredulity. Nevertheless, curiosity seems to be more powerful than criticism. Foodies are now lined up to taste these bizarre combinations at the booth, which has become a local attraction.
