Russian lady Viral Video: Recently, a Russian lady in Bengaluru made headlines online when she disclosed that she pays her housekeeper an astounding Rs 45,000 a month. But Yulia Aslamova didn’t stop there. She highlighted how she cultivates enduring connections with her employees and provided a thorough explanation for her pay. “There hasn’t been a single person who resigned from me until I let them go,” Yulia said on Instagram, expressing her delight in the achievement. (Incidentally, my scale could be too tiny.)

“What is my philosophy and way of living? I have cultivated connections for years and encourage others to improve. I conducted at least 20 interviews and created a thorough checklist of critical traits to consider in a prospect before selecting a nanny for Elina,” she stated.

She described how she engages with her housekeepers year after year to build loyalty and trust and how she supports their professional development. Yulia claims that the majority of domestic workers in India do not get professional treatment. “In India, domestic workers are generally not given professional treatment,” she wrote. “They simply flee,” most people remark. I disagree: regardless of title, consider other people’s employment in the same manner that you consider your own.

In addition, she emphasized the need of compassion and respect while cautioning that mistreating others might have negative effects: “If you treat people badly, karma will reach you.” Yulia’s essay offered a unique viewpoint on the relationship between employers and employees, demonstrating the real impact that respect, fair compensation, and long-term care can have.

Social media users saw the post that was posted a few hours earlier, totaling 1.3 million views. Some people say it’s too much to pay a housekeeper, while many others praise her kind gift. “The helpers are enablers, I truly value how much they do to let us actually do what we are good at,” a user said. “That’s higher than what TCS, Infosys, and Accenture pay to tech freshers,” another person said.

“I completely agree! The best thing I read today. A third user said, “The choice of music to go with it could have been better.” “You should also think about others, how will others afford if u inflate the market, just because u have money from abroad,” remarked another person. “That’s too much.. 20k is enough for dishwashing+cooking+cleaning+laundry.. don’t increase prices just because u have money,” said a another user.
