Materials:

  • paneer
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander
  • parents
  • Capsicum
  • Oil
  • Ginger garlic
  • curd
  • Black pepper powder
  • garam masala
  • Red chillies
  • salt

Action:

  • To make Harbhara Kebab, first place a kadai on gas and heat oil. Fry medium sized onion and capsicum in hot oil.
  • Then fry onion slices, capsicum, green chillies, garlic, ginger in oil. Cool all the roasted ingredients in a mixer bowl and grind them finely to make a paste.
  • Place a pan on the gas and add oil. After the oil heats up properly, add the green fennel and fry until the oil is released. Then add red chilli, turmeric, garam masala and black pepper powder and mix well.
  • After the gravy is cooked properly, add salt and paneer pieces to it and cook it. Gram paneer made in a simple way is ready.
