Candidates must have passed the 12th standard from a recognized board. Candidates must also possess computer-related qualifications as per the position. This includes CPCT, DOEACC, ITI Computer Course, Engineering, MCA, BCA, Computer Science, or Polytechnic Diploma.

The maximum age limit is 33 years for the general category and 38 years for certain special categories. Relaxations will be granted to reserved categories as per government regulations.
