To make these delicious laddoos, the edible gum is first roasted in pure ghee and then cooled and ground in a mixer.

He said that you need to put some wheat flour in a pan and roast it over low heat until it turns light golden brown. This flour helps bind the ladoos together and enhances the flavour.

Then she explained that in a separate pan, cashews, makhana (fox nuts), and almonds are lightly roasted to enhance their flavour. After that, poppy seeds and a little fenugreek are roasted in pure ghee and then ground into a paste.

Finally, the mixture is shaped into ladoos (sweet balls). These are then easily stored in an airtight container for 15-20 days. One ladoo is eaten every morning with milk or tea to maintain energy levels throughout the day.
