To reduce the cholesterol accumulated like wax in your body, you can take these home remedies which are as follows…

1- You can consume fenugreek seeds to reduce bad cholesterol. This fenugreek seeds contain fiber and antioxidants, which reduce cholesterol. For this, as per the home remedy, soak one spoon fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Filtering it and drinking it on an empty stomach provides benefits.

2- Garlic should be consumed to reduce cholesterol level. This garlic contains an element called Allicin, which reduces bad cholesterol (LDL) and helps in increasing good cholesterol (HDL). To reduce cholesterol, if you consume 2-3 raw garlic cloves on an empty stomach in the morning, then your veins are cleaned and blood circulation also improves.

3- You can consume apple cider vinegar to reduce cholesterol level. It is effective in removing bad cholesterol accumulated in the body. Mix 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of lukewarm water. Drink it once a day.

4- To reduce bad cholesterol, you can consume lemon and honey. Vitamin C and antioxidant properties of honey present in lemon help in reducing cholesterol. It cleans the blood vessels and strengthens the nerves. Mix the juice of one lemon and one spoon honey in a glass of warm water. It is beneficial to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.

5- You can consume walnuts and almonds to reduce cholesterol. Walnuts and almonds contain healthy fats and omega-3 fatty acids, which keep the heart healthy by reducing bad cholesterol. Eat 4-5 walnuts and 7-8 almonds daily.

6- Turmeric and milk can be consumed to reduce cholesterol and swelling. Before sleeping at night, drink a glass of warm milk mixed with half a teaspoon of turmeric.
