Material: 4–5 basil leaves, 1 inch piece of ginger (crushed), ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon honey (add when it cools down)
Advantages: Provides relief from cold, sore throat and cough. Works as an immunity booster.
Material: ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey
Advantages: Rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Strengthens bones and muscles.
Material: 1 cup water, juice of ½ lemon, 1 tsp honey, 1 inch ginger
Advantages: Removes toxins from the body. Strengthens the immune system with Vitamin C.
Material: Giloy stalk (2–3 inches), 5 basil leaves, a little black pepper powder
Advantages: Protects against viral infections. Increases energy and immunity in the body.
Material: 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder, ½ tsp Mulathi, 1 cup water
Advantages: Removes stress and fatigue. Gives warmth to the body in winter and strengthens immunity.
