Indian Women Win ODI World Cup 2025 by Defeating South Africa : The final match of ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 between India Women’s Team and South Africa Women’s Team in Navi Mumbai. Played at DY Patil Sports Academy. In this match, India has won the World Cup title by defeating the South African team by runs. The Indian women’s team has created history with this title. Losing the toss, the Indian team had set a target of 299 runs against South Africa. Chasing down the target, the South African team managed to score 246 all out. As a result, India won the match by 52 runs and claimed the historic title. Deepti Sharma took the most 5 wickets from India.
Chasing the 299 runs scored by the Indian team, the South African team had a strong start.
