Poha is a popular choice for breakfast, and eating it with tea is a special experience. But, when poha cools down, its taste and texture changes, due to which one does not feel like eating it. sprinkle some water

There is a simple way to freshen stale poha. First, put the poha in a bowl or pan and lightly sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons of water over it. Then cover it and keep it for 2-3 minutes. The reason for drying of Poha is the loss of its moisture. A little water and steam makes it soft without making it sticky.

Add some oil or ghee and heat it.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil or ghee in a pan. You can also add mustard seeds, curry leaves or turmeric to it. Then add stale poha and stir for 1-2 minutes. Light roasting makes the aroma and taste of poha fresh. The oil coats every grain, preventing the poha from sticking again.

If you’re short on time, this microwave trick can be useful. First, sprinkle some water on the poha, then place a wet tissue paper or microwave lid and heat for 30-40 seconds. The wet tissue traps the steam inside, so that the poha gets heated evenly and does not dry out.
