2- Apply waterproof cover to AC

Remember that instead of ordinary polythene or plastic cover, you can use non-woven fabric or leatherite. Apart from this, it is important not to tie the cover too tightly, keep it a little loose.
3-Clean the water properly
It is very important to clean the AC thoroughly. Before switching off the AC, the water in the pipe and tray should also be completely cleaned. If water remains stored in these things for a long time, the problem of rust may increase. Drain all the water and allow the parts to dry before switching off the AC.
4-Remove the battery of the remote
