Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilli paste – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Salt – to taste
Red chilli flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Oil – for frying/tempering
Fresh coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour – 3 tablespoons
Cornflour – 3 tablespoons
Red chilli flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Fresh coriander leaves – a little
Water – as needed
Breadcrumbs
Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Step 1- First, finely grate 200 grams of potatoes, then wash them in water to remove the starch and drain the water.
Step 2- Now, you need to heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Then add cumin seeds, green chillies, and sesame seed paste and sauté them. After that, add the grated potatoes and sauté them as well. Next, add 1 cup of water and mix well. Finally, add salt, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, lemon juice, and coriander leaves and mix everything together.

Step 3- Then, gradually add one cup of semolina to it and mix well. After that, turn off the gas and cover the mixture for a while. Now, make a dough with the chicken mixture using oiled hands and divide the dough into two parts. Then, roll out one part into a circle and cut it into chip-like shapes.
Step 4- Now, in a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, red chilli flakes, salt, and a little chopped coriander. Then, add 1/2 cup of water and mix to make a batter.
Step 5- Then, dip each chip first in the batter and then coat it in breadcrumbs. Repeat this process with all the chips, and then refrigerate them for 10 minutes so that the coating sets properly.
Step 6- Next, prepare a special spice mix by combining chaat masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and black salt in a bowl. Then, heat the oil and fry the chips until they are golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle the spice mix over them and serve with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
