Ayodhya News: Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar International Stadium is ready, Ayodhya Premier League will be organized from November 9.

Ayodhya. Yogi Government of UP has gifted Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar International Stadium in Ramnagari Ayodhya. Ayodhya Premier League organized from 9th November to 26th November. For the first time, Ayodhya Premier League is being organized on the lines of T20 from November 9 by the District Cricket Association under the supervision of Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association in Ayodhya Dham, the holy city of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram.

Eight teams will participate in this competition. All the teams will be named after the eight rivers of Uttar Pradesh, Saryu, Ganga, Jamuna, Betwa, Hindon, Chambal, Gomti and Manorama, which reflects our culture and natural heritage. This information was given by District Cricket Association Secretary Mohammad Umer Ahmed.

He informed that all the teams participating in the competition will be selected through trials by the experienced selectors of Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association. There will be a selection of 16 members in a team in which 11 players will be from Ayodhya Division and five players will be guest players who can be from any district of Uttar Pradesh. This event will promote cricket in Ayodhya division. Players will be registered online to participate in the competition.

A total of 29 matches will be played in the competition, which will be played with color dress and white ball. All officials in the competition will be provided by Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association. This competition will be conducted by Jai Siyaram Group of Companies and Welfare Society. The brand ambassador of Ayodhya Premier League will be former international player Gyanendra Pandey. The winning team will be given a prize of Rs 11 lakh and the runner up will be given a prize of Rs 5.50 lakh.
