A Pandora worker was speechless after a woman walked into the store and made an odd request at the counter. Hana Ahmad went to the store in Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent last month after having a scan to find out the gender of her next baby.
After heading into the jewellery store she walked up to the counter and told the sales assistant that she didn't know the gender of her baby and she would be the first to find out. The family posted on their TikTok account, @ahmadsquad1, to document their experience.
Hana said: "Pandora were not expecting it when I walked in and said 'I don't know the gender of my baby, you are going to be first to know'.
"I handed them the envelope [and] wonderful Lily here pulled out as many pink and as many blue rings as she could find.
"So the task was I hade to choose a pink and blue ring."
Hana told her followers she was "team pink" along with her sales assistant, Lily. Her partner said he did not mind what gender the newest member of the family would be.
She picked out a stunning pink bow ring and a second ring that had pink gems around half of the band.
In a second video the family hosted a gender reveal party with their close family and friends.
The dad opened the ring box while another member of the family set of a blue flare in the background.
Hundreds of people took to the comments to celebrate with the family, including the sales assistant who served them in Pandora.
She said: "Omg I can’t believe I come across this video!! It was lovely serving you guys."
The family replied: "Omg!!!! Heyyyy you were amazing."
Another Pandora shopper said: "The team in Bluewater are great! This is a great idea!"
A third person said: "Such a cute idea. You’re full of the best ideas Hana!"
A fourth added: "Love this idea x"
