When the weather changes, whether it is the beginning of winter or the end of summer, our skin is the first to feel its effects. Lack of moisture in the air, temperature fluctuations and strong sunlight together spoil the natural moisture balance of our skin. We often feel that there is tension on the face, hands and feet feel dry and the moisture in the lips also evaporates. These are all signs of dry skin, which, if ignored, can lead to increased problems like skin ageing, wrinkles and pigmentation in the future.

That is why it is important that during the changing seasons, we give extra care to our skin and keep it moisturized from within. Let us know such home remedies, which will give natural glow to your dry skin and maintain winter-like softness.

1. Coconut Oil

The fatty acids and Vitamin E present in coconut oil deeply nourish the skin. Before sleeping at night, apply lukewarm coconut oil on face, hands and feet. After waking up in the morning, you will find that your skin has started looking soft and glowing. If your skin is very dry, then apply coconut oil mixed with aloe vera gel. This mixture penetrates deep into the skin, locks moisture and repairs damaged skin cells. You can also use coconut oil as a makeup remover. It makes the skin clean and soft.

This mixture will not only make your skin smooth but will also reduce fine lines and aging signs. Apply this every night before sleeping, you will see a natural glow on your skin as soon as you wake up in the morning.

The biggest problem of dry skin is the accumulation of dead skin cells. To remove it, a face scrub made of oatmeal and milk is the best option. Soak one spoon oats in milk for 10 minutes. Then rub it gently on the face and wash it after 5 minutes. Not only will it exfoliate your skin but the lactic acid present in milk will make the skin soft and glowing.
