Anil Ambani and Mukesh Ambani are two of the most well-known businessmen in India. According to the PunjabKesari report Anil Ambani reportedly bought his wife Tina Ambani a luxury yacht worth Rs 400 crore for her birthday. The yacht called Tian’ is taken from the first two letters of Tina and Anils names. They also own a Bombardier Global Express XRS private jet which is worth Rs 311 crore. In addition they have plenty of luxury cars in their garage. Mukesh Ambani serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Reliance Industries. He is the richest man in India and his overall wealth is approximately $109.4 billion as per the Forbes report. He secured the 18th position in the Forbes World’s Billionaires List The Richest In 2025. According to the report the Ambani family alone makes up around 12% of Indias GDP. Anil Ambanis financial story has had its highs and lows. He was atop wealth in 2008 counted among the richest in the world with a net worth of $42 billion (roughly Rs 350 crore). But by February 2020 he was facing bankruptcy. Various reports described the dire situation some saying his total liabilities and legal issues left him with no net worth. At the end of 2020 his company Reliance Capital was already swamped in towering debts surpassing Rs 20000 crore. As per various media reports Anil Ambani has a current net worth pegged at around $530 million.
