Green onion - finely chopped
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 1.5 teaspoons
Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Recipe

First, wash the mushrooms in water. Pat them dry and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Now, take flour and cornflour in a bowl and mix them.

Now add ginger-garlic paste to it. Add soy sauce, salt, and 4 tablespoons of water, and mix well.

Make a thick paste and add mushrooms to this mixture, and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms over medium heat until golden.

Don't fry for too long, or they will start releasing water, and the oil will start splattering.

Once they turn light golden, remove the mushrooms from the oil and place them on a paper napkin to drain off any excess oil.

Now, place a pan with a thin base on the stove over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat it.

Once the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic paste, green chilies, and chopped onion. Cook on high heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

Now, add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and chili sauce. Season with salt and mix well.

Now add the fried mushroom pieces and green onions, and mix well. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, tossing everything together. Serve the mushroom Manchurian hot.
