It is prepared from green chillies, mustard seeds, turmeric and dry spices, which is ready in a few minutes but its taste remains memorable for hours. Ingredients to make Mirchi Tipore:
Green chilli – 250 gm, turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp, coriander powder – 1.5 tsp, cumin powder – 1/2 tsp, fennel powder – 1 tsp, chilli powder – 1 tsp, mustard oil – 3 tbsp, cumin – 1/2 tsp, mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp, onion seeds – 1/4 tsp, salt – as per taste, black salt – as per taste, mango powder – 1.5 tsp
How to make Mirchi Tipore?
- first step: The most important thing to make chilli tipora is to take such chilli which is not too spicy. Less spicy chillies are slightly thicker and have fewer seeds. So choose such chillies. Take 250 grams of chillies, wash them and cut them into medium size. Wear gloves to avoid burning of hands while cutting chillies.
- Second step: Now prepare dry mix spices in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, fennel powder and chilli powder to the bowl and mix well.
- third step: Turn on the gas and keep a pan. Add three spoons of mustard oil in the pan. Chilli tips in mustard oil taste very tasty. When the oil becomes hot, add half a teaspoon of Rai, Cumin and Kalonji in it. When it starts crackling, add chopped chillies to it. After two minutes, add dry mix spices and salt as per taste.
- fourth step:Cover them and cook for two to three minutes. Turn off the gas after the stipulated time. Mirchi tipora is ready. Now keep it in an air tight container.
