Children always want to eat spicy and tasty foods. Apart from this, while making any food from flower, one should look at the flower properly. Because insects are found in this vegetable. In cold days, the effect of changes in the environment is immediately visible on health. So always consume healthy and easily digestible foods. Materials:

  • flower
  • flour
  • Cornflour
  • Red chillies
  • salt
  • Chaat masala
  • Turmeric
  • Black pepper powder
  • Oregano
  • Peri Peri Masala
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil
  • water

Action:

  • To make flower pakoras first, clean the flower vegetables. Cut the vegetables into medium sized pieces.
  • Boil the cleaned flowers in hot water for 5 to 6 minutes. This will remove the musty smell of the vegetable.
  • In a large bowl add flour, cornflour, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, oregano to taste, chaat masala and mix well.
  • Add water to the prepared mixture and make a thick paste. Do not add too much water while preparing the paste.
  • Add the flower to the prepared paste and mix it and then mix the bread crumbs and sesame seeds and dip the flower in it and leave it to avoid the hot oil in the pan.
  • Remove the florets after they are fried properly on both sides. Flower pakora made in easy way is ready.
