You can make Palak Paneer in Dhaba style with the given ingredients and easy method, its recipe is as follows…

what materials are needed

Paneer – 400 grams
Ghee – 2 spoons
Water – 2 cups
Spinach – 2 bundles
ice water (for spinach)
Coriander – 3 spoons
Water – 1 teaspoon (for coriander paste)
Cumin – 2 teaspoons
Asafoetida – 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic – 2 teaspoons
Green chilli – 4
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Bay leaves – 2
Onion – 1, chopped
Curd – 1 cup
Coriander powder – 1.5 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
Black salt – 1.5 teaspoon
Salt – 1.5 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 2 teaspoons
Roasted cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon

Know the recipe to make Palak Paneer

1. First of all, heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Put paneer in the pan and fry it till light golden on both the sides. Immediately put the paneer in water so that it remains soft.
2. On the other side, boil water in a big pan to boil the spinach. Then add spinach to it, boil for 2 minutes and immediately pour in ice water.
3. Now to make coriander paste, grind coriander and water in a mixer, prepare a paste and keep it aside.
4. After this, for gravy, heat ghee in a big pan on medium to high flame. Then add cumin, asafoetida and garlic and fry for 1 minute.
5. Now add green chilli and ginger and cook for 1 more minute. Then add bay leaves and onion and cook until onion turns light brown.
6. After this add curd and cook for 2 minutes. Now add all the spices (coriander powder, turmeric, black salt, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder) and cook the curd well.

7. Now add spinach paste, roasted cumin powder, garam masala and coriander paste and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add paneer and cook for a few more minutes.
8. Your Dhaba style delicious Palak Paneer is ready. Serve it with roti, paratha, naan or rice and enjoy.
