This facility is available to both India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) customers and non-customers. Is there any fee required?
There is no doorstep fee for generating a Digital Life Certificate (DLC). The fee for creating a successful Digital Life Certificate (DLC) will be only ₹70 (including GST). However, this facility is free for senior citizens aged 60 and above at government banks or PSB Alliance.
When can you submit a Life Certificate?
Pensioners are required to submit their Life Certificates at this time every year. The deadline for submitting this certificate for pensioners aged 60 to 80 is from November 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025.
