What are the required qualifications?

Different educational qualifications have been set for these positions. For the Head position, candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree along with a CA, CFA, CFP, or NISM certificate will be preferred. For the Zonal Head, Regional Head, and Relationship Manager positions, a graduate degree is required. For the Investment Specialist and Officer positions, a PG degree or diploma in finance, commerce, banking, or business management, or a CA/CFA, is required. For the Project Development Manager position, an MBA or PGDM, and for the Central Research Team, a bachelor's degree in commerce, mathematics, or management is required.

What will be the age limit?

The age limit for candidates is determined according to the position. The age limit for Head, Zonal, and Regional Heads is 35 to 50 years, for Relationship Managers and Investment Specialists is 28 to 42 years, for Investment Officers it is 28 to 40 years, for Project Development Managers it is 30 to 40 years, and for the Central Research Team it is 25 to 35 years.

How much will the fee be?

The application fee for this recruitment is ₹750 for General, OBC, and EWS category candidates, while no fee will be charged for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.

How will the selection process be conducted?

There will be no written examination for the SBI SCO Recruitment 2025. The selection process will be based solely on shortlisting and a 100-mark interview. Interviews can be conducted in person, telephonically, or through video conferencing. The final selection will be based on the merit list and the interview scores.
