Monsoon Update – Heavy Rain Alert for 3 States over Next 48 Hours, Here full Forecast

Monsoon Update: The weather across the country is rapidly changing. Winter has begun to arrive in many states. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in Tamil Nadu between November 8 and 9, and in some parts of Kerala between November 8 and 10. Nighttime temperatures may drop in parts of Rajasthan, Punjab, Jammu, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. Rains are continuing in some southern states after the monsoon’s departure, while cold weather is increasing in North India.

According to the Meteorological Department, night temperatures have dropped and are expected to continue declining over the next 6-7 days. A rain alert has been issued for Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Kerala. Morning and evening fog and cold winds will prevail in Delhi. According to the Meteorological Department, night temperatures have dropped below 10 degrees Celsius in some parts of Rajasthan, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.

The Meteorological Department says that temperatures in Haryana, Delhi, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra may drop 2-5 degrees Celsius below normal.

Even further drops in temperatures are expected over the next 6-7 days. According to the IMD, temperatures in Delhi may drop further on November 8th. Winds will blow at 20 kilometers per hour in the morning and evening. The minimum temperature may reach 13 to 14 degrees Celsius.

Weather in Bihar and Jharkhand
The weather in Bihar will not see any significant change in the next 24 hours. However, temperatures may drop by 1 to 2 degrees. Minimum temperatures are expected to fall sharply in Ranchi and the surrounding districts.

Rain Alert in 3 States
The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Kerala today. Due to the rain, cold is likely to increase in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Puducherry.

Temperatures will fall in hilly states.
Regarding the weather in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, snowfall has been observed in areas above 4,000 feet due to a western disturbance. Temperatures are expected to drop even further in these states. Minimum temperatures may remain below 10 degrees Celsius in most areas.
