Here are some effective natural methods by which you can darken your hair.
Amla is the best tonic for hair. It contains Vitamin C and antioxidants which strengthen the hair roots and prevent gray hair.
Boil Amla powder in coconut oil or sesame oil, cool it and apply it on hair 2-3 times a week. Drinking Amla juice daily is also beneficial.
It is called “king of hair”. It helps in increasing hair growth and blackening white hair.
Before sleeping, massage hair with Bhringraj oil and leave it overnight. Wash with mild shampoo in the morning.
The beta-carotene and antioxidants present in curry leaves maintain the hair pigment (melanin).
Boil some curry leaves in coconut oil until the oil turns black. After it cools down, apply it on hair and wash it after 1 hour.
Henna is a natural dye that gives the hair an orange-brown color, while coffee makes it darker.
Boil 2 spoons of coffee powder and cool it. Mix henna powder in it, make a paste and apply it on the hair. Wash after 1–2 hours.
Black sesame seeds help in the formation of melanin.
Eat one spoon black sesame seeds with lukewarm water every morning.
