Stock market update: Defence sector company Apollo Micro Systems Ltd has made significant progress in its latest exchange filing after market hours on November 12. In its exchange filing the company informed that the company had issued 38067058 warrants due in June 2025 to 30 warrant holders out of which one warrant holder Piyush Bhupendra Gala has paid an amount of ₹3000024 as Warrant Exercise Price for which the board members have approved the issuance of 35088 equity shares to him.
With this the issued and paid-up capital of the company has increased to ₹335674736 which is now equivalent to 335674736 equity shares.
In its filing the company reported its highest-ever revenue and PAT in Q2 FY26. Revenue in Q2 increased 40% year-on-year to ₹225 crore from ₹161 crore a year ago.
PAT increased 91% year-on-year to ₹30 crore from ₹16 crore a year ago. The companys EBITDA increased 80% year-on-year to ₹59.19 crore from ₹32.89 crore a year ago.

He reported that the companys revenue increased by 40% to ₹2252.6 million compared to ₹1607.1 million in the same quarter last year. This growth was driven by the companys strong order book and the successful production of several high-value projects.
The companys EBITDA (operating profit) increased by 80% to ₹591.9 million compared to ₹328.9 million last year. The EBITDA margin also increased from 20% to 26% demonstrating a clear improvement in the companys cost efficiency and profitability.
Net profit (PAT) also increased by 91% to ₹300.3 million compared to ₹157.3 million last year. The PAT margin increased from 9.8% to 13.3% reflecting the companys strong growth and efficient operations.
