Honor 500 Series: Chinese manufacturer Honor is soon going to launch its Honor 500 series in the Chinese market. The series will include the Honor 500 and Honor 500 Pro models, and the brand has started sharing important information to the series. Ahead of the launch, two Honor smartphones have been spotted on the Geekbench database with model numbers MEY-AN00 and MEP-AN00. These are said to be Honor 500 and 500 Pro models respectively.
The standard Honor 500 model got a single-core score of 2113 and a multi-core score of 6539. The device will be powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC and Adreno 825 GPU. It has been seen with Android 16 operating system and 16GB RAM option. The Honor 500 Pro model has got a score of 3100 in single-core and 9463 in multi-core. This smartphone will come with Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and Adreno 830 GPU. It has been seen with Android 16 operating system and 16 GB RAM option. Earlier, these model numbers were also seen on the 3C certification website.
It was previously revealed that the Honor 500 Pro will come in four storage options: 12/256GB, 16GB/1TB, 12/512GB and 16/512GB, while the Honor 500 will come in three storage options: 12/256GB, 16/512GB and 12/512GB. Both models are already reported to be available in Aquamarine, Starlight Pink, Obsidian Black and Moonlight Silver colors. It is believed that this series may have a 200MP portrait camera. Pre-orders for this series have started in China.
