News India Live, Digital Desk: As soon as winter arrives, green gooseberries start appearing in the market. We all know how beneficial Amla is for health, especially for our immunity, hair and skin. Because it is rich in Vitamin C, it is also called a superfood. Most of the people eat Amla murabba or pickle in winters, but many times they get bored of eating the same taste.

If you also want to include Amla in your diet in a new and interesting way, then today we are going to tell you 7 such recipes which are not only easy to make but are also excellent in taste.

1. Spicy Amla Chutney
This is probably the easiest and tastiest way to use Amla. All you have to do is take amla, green coriander, green chillies, garlic and a little salt and grind them all in a mixer. Your spicy and healthy amla chutney is ready, which you can eat with paranthas, rice or any snack.

2. Amla Candy
If your children are reluctant to eat Amla, then this method is best for you. Boil the Indian gooseberry a little and separate its buds. Now put these buds in sugar or jaggery syrup and dry them in the sun for a few days. It tastes sweet and sour and children eat it with fondness like toffee.

3. Amla ki Launji
It is like a sweet-sour vegetable or pickle. To make this, boil the gooseberry and cut it into pieces. Now add some oil, fennel, nigella and fenugreek seeds in a pan and fry. Then add gooseberry pieces, salt, turmeric, red chilli and a little jaggery and cook well. It doubles the taste of food.

4. Amla juice
Drinking Amla juice every morning on an empty stomach in winter is no less than nectar. Cut 3-4 gooseberries into small pieces, add some water to it and mix it in a mixer. Now filter it and add a pinch of black salt to it and drink. This is the best way to boost your immunity.

5. Amla and Rice Pulao
You may have rarely eaten Amla Pulao, but it tastes very good. Just add grated amla along with peas, carrots to your regular pulao. This will give a slightly sour and interesting twist to your plain pulao.

6. Amla Soup
Who doesn’t like to drink hot soup on winter evenings? You can boil and grind 1-2 gooseberries and add them to your tomato or mixed veg soup. This will increase the taste of the soup and its nutritional value will also increase manifold.

7. Amla tea
Yes, you heard it right. Amla tea is also made. Add 1 teaspoon grated Amla and a little ginger in 1 cup of water and boil. When the water is reduced to half, filter it, add honey to it and drink. It gives great relief in cold and cough.
